In addition to the high level of volleyball, fans can also place sports bets.

This year's edition will be held in São Paulo, with eight teams from around the globe competing for the honor. Below, Blaze has prepared a special guide with details of the competition, format, teams, where to watch, and how to bet on the Women's Volleyball Club World Championship. Check it out!

About the FIVB Women's Volleyball Club World Championship

The Women's Volleyball Club World Championship has been held since 1991. The tournament was not held between 1995 and 2009, but returned in full force in 2010, only stopping in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 17 editions, 10 teams have already been champions. The Italian team Imoco Volley is the current champion and returns to the tournament in search of its fourth gold medal.

Reaching the final requires a certain path: the eight teams are divided into two groups, with four teams each, in which everyone plays against everyone in a single round. The two best placed advance to the knockout stage, which will have a semifinal, third-place match, and final.

This is the third time that the FIVB Women's Volleyball Club World Championship has taken place in Brazil, all of them held in São Paulo. The 18th edition of the competition has games at the Pacaembu Gymnasium. All the hours for the games are in the local time, UTC-3.
