São Paulo vs Talleres
São Paulo leads Group D and has already qualified for the Round of 16. The team only needs to secure first place, with Libertad close behind. Talleres, on the other hand, is still fighting for third place, which grants a spot in the Copa Sudamericana playoffs.
Kickoff is set for 7 PM (Brasília time), Tuesday (27), at Morumbi Stadium. In the first round, São Paulo won by a goal away from home.
Head-to-Head Record
Besides the previous São Paulo win, the teams have faced each other six other times: two wins for the Argentinians, three draws, and another win for the Brazilians.
Predictions
São Paulo is favored to top the group. The odds are 1.93 for a São Paulo win, 4.5 for Talleres, and 3.15 for a draw.

Botafogo vs Universidad de Chile
Last year’s Libertadores champions, Botafogo now face the serious risk of missing the Round of 16. They’re third in Group A with nine points, tied with Estudiantes and just one point behind Universidad de Chile, their upcoming opponent.
To qualify without depending on other results, the Rio-based team must win. The match kicks off at 9:30 PM (Brasília time), Tuesday (27), at Nilton Santos Stadium.
Head-to-Head Record
Universidad de Chile has beaten Botafogo twice, including the previous clash in this group stage. Botafogo won once.
Predictions
It’s a tough mission for Botafogo, but not impossible. Their win odds are 1.55, compared to 6.0 for the Chileans. A draw, which doesn’t help much, is at 4.11.

Internacional vs Bahia
The only group featuring two Brazilian teams is Group F. Now, they meet again in the final round. Internacional hosts Bahia at Beira-Rio Stadium at 7 PM (Brasília time), opening Wednesday’s (28) matches.
It’s a tight group. Atlético Nacional leads with nine points, followed by Inter with eight, and Bahia is currently third (Sudamericana spot) with seven. Even Nacional, bottom with four, still has a chance.
Head-to-Head Record
A long-standing rivalry. Their first clash was back in the 1968 Robertão. Since then, they’ve played 61 times: Bahia has 12 wins, Inter 32, and 17 matches ended in draws.
Predictions
Group F is one of the most unpredictable. Odds-wise, Internacional has 2.5, Bahia 3.9, and a draw — not ideal for either — is at 3.2.

Palmeiras vs Sporting Cristal
Palmeiras, the only undefeated team in this year’s Libertadores, has already secured its place in the Round of 16. Their game against Sporting Cristal is mostly about confirming their dominance. The Peruvians, however, are still in the race.
Sporting Cristal, third with four points, must win and hope for a Bolívar victory over Cerro Porteño. A loss would force them to rely on a Bolívar loss to grab a Sudamericana playoff spot.
Kickoff is 9:30 PM (Brasília time), Wednesday (28), at Allianz Parque.
Head-to-Head Record
They’ve only met three times: one win for Sporting Cristal, two for Palmeiras, including a 3–2 away win in this year’s group stage opener.
Predictions
This is one of the most lopsided games. Palmeiras has 1.22 odds to win. Sporting Cristal sits at 13.0. A draw is at 6.2.

Flamengo vs Deportivo Táchira
With zero points in the tournament, Deportivo Táchira will say goodbye against Flamengo. The Maracanã hosts the clash on Wednesday (28), at 9:30 PM (Brasília time).
Flamengo hopes to overtake Central Córdoba for the Group C lead. For that, Córdoba must lose to LDU, which would tie all three teams at 11 points and send the decision to tiebreakers.
Head-to-Head Record
All three matches between these teams ended in Flamengo wins. Most recently, 1–0 for the Brazilians in the group stage opener.
Predictions
There’s a huge gap between the teams. Flamengo’s odds to win are 1.06. Still, nothing is guaranteed — Táchira is at 25.0, and a draw is at 13.0.

Racing vs Fortaleza
Closing out the Brazilian participation, Fortaleza travels to Argentina to face Racing at Presidente Perón Stadium. Kickoff is at 9:30 PM (Brasília time), Thursday (29).
Racing leads Group E with 10 points. Fortaleza trails closely with 8. Atlético Bucaramanga, third with 6, could still push the Brazilian team to the Sudamericana if Fortaleza loses and they beat Colo-Colo.
Head-to-Head Record
They’ve met only once — Racing dominated with a 3–0 win at Castelão in the group stage opener.
Predictions
It’s relatively balanced. Racing, as leaders and hosts, have 1.98 odds. Fortaleza follows with 4.2, and a draw sits at 3.2.

Other 2025 Libertadores Matches
Besides these key matches, ten others will round out the final group stage round.
On Tuesday (27) at 7 PM (Brasília time), Libertad faces Alianza Lima at Tigo La Huerta Stadium (Group D). Libertad is already through, but Alianza still fights for a Sudamericana playoff spot.
At 9:30 PM the same day, three matches take place:
- River Plate hosts Universitario (Group B) as group leaders, while the Peruvians aim to keep second place.
- Independiente del Valle vs Barcelona de Guayaquil — both teams still have continental ambitions.
- Estudiantes vs Carabobo (Group A). Carabobo is eliminated, but Estudiantes wants to stay in the top two.
On Wednesday (28) at 7 PM, Nacional and Atlético Nacional meet in Montevideo. The Uruguayan side fights for a Sudamericana spot; the Colombians want to stay top of Group F.
At 9:30 PM, LDU takes on Central Córdoba (Group C), while Bolívar faces Cerro Porteño (Group G) in La Paz. Cerro looks to hold on to their Round of 16 spot; Bolívar fights for Sudamericana qualification.
Thursday (29) wraps it all up with three more matches:
- Olimpia (eliminated) and San Antonio Bulo Bulo (already in Sudamericana playoffs) at 7 PM in Asunción.
- Peñarol and Vélez Sársfield play for Group H leadership at the same time.
- At 9:30 PM, Colo-Colo hosts Atlético Bucaramanga. The Chileans are out, but Bucaramanga still aims to reach the knockout stage.
