Caxias has 3 points. To qualify, they must win, reach 6 points, and hope Londrina beats São Bernardo. However, they also need to improve their goal difference of -2, since both direct rivals have 0.

Caxias and Floresta have faced each other three times, with one win each and one draw. In the first phase of Série C 2024, Floresta won. In this year’s first phase, Caxias took the victory. Finally, in the first round of the 2025 quadrangular, they drew 0–0.

Group C is clearer than Group B, even though the teams here have more points. Ponte Preta has already clinched promotion with 10 points. The second promotion spot is still up for grabs: Guarani is 2nd with 7 points, Brusque 3rd with 6, and Náutico 4th with 5 — all still alive.

The best promotion odds are with the Campinas duo: Ponte Preta is the favorite to win the Série C title with 2.1, followed by Guarani with 7.5.

Already promoted, Ponte Preta enters the field without pressure. The “Macaca” reached 10 points with three wins and one draw, losing only one match — the previous round — after already sealing promotion.

Guarani, on the other hand, has 7 points — one more than Brusque and two more than Náutico — and needs at least a draw but can’t relax, as both challengers could still surpass them. The Bugre visits their historic rival at Estádio Moisés Lucarelli for another edition of the “Derby Campineiro.”
